We realise that some have found breakfast in the bedrooms the perfect way to start in the morning and for those being cautious (or where you have a dog that does not like being left alone), this arrangement has been a real help and a less stressful start to the day.

That being said, we also know that many miss the atmosphere and interaction of the dining room, preferring to come downstairs for some chat along with breakfast to start the day.

With these points in mind and hoping to allow you to start your day in a way which best suits you, we have decided on a trial basis, to offer a choice.

SO ....

When we ring you, the day before your arrival at The Old Vic, we will now be asking where you would like your breakfast served whilst staying with us, while also checking the booking details and taking the balance payment for your stay.
